Free Therapeutic Tools

When it comes to helping my clients, I am a stickler for efficacy. Throughout my career I have found tons of therapeutic tools online, but many of them didn’t quite fit the bill. So I often created my own and would love to share them with you! These tools are supported by evidence-based, best practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed approaches to mental wellness.

While these tools can be helpful on their own, they are most effective when used in collaboration with a licensed therapist.
